These terms govern your use of maryskitchencatering.com and our catering and messaging services, provided by Mary's Kitchen Catering, LLC. By using our site or opting in to our text program, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and bookings

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract. A booking is confirmed only once we provide a written quote or agreement and you accept it. Pricing, menus, and availability are subject to change until confirmed in writing.

Payments and cancellations

Deposit, balance, and cancellation terms are stated in your individual event agreement. Where they differ from this page, your signed agreement controls.

SMS / text messaging terms

By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Mary's Kitchen Catering at the number provided.

• Program: Mary's Kitchen Catering event and account notifications, including quote/order confirmations, scheduling and event reminders, delivery and setup updates, balance-due reminders, and occasional offers.
• Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@maryskitchencatering.com.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers may include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others; carrier support is not guaranteed and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mary's Kitchen Catering is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our site or messages. Our catering services are governed by your event agreement.
